14-Day Free Replacement Warranty

Every SafeHive product includes a 14-Day Replacement Warranty, starting from the date of delivery. If the product develops a verified manufacturing defect or functional fault under normal and intended use within this period, SafeHive will replace the defective product or covered component after inspection and verification. The warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage, water or fire damage, incorrect installation or electrical supply, misuse, tampering, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, loss, or theft.

To make a claim, contact SafeHive and provide the order details, product serial number, and photos or video of the reported fault where requested. The customer bears the courier charges for sending the product to SafeHive for inspection. If approved, SafeHive bears the courier charges for sending the replacement back. If no covered fault is found or the claim falls outside these terms, the claim may be declined and the customer bears the return courier charges.

1-Year Extended Repair & Replacement Warranty

The optional SafeHive 1-Year Protection Plan costs Rs 699 and provides coverage for 12 months from the original delivery date against eligible manufacturing defects and functional/electronic failures during normal and intended use. SafeHive will first determine whether the product or covered component can reasonably be repaired. Covered parts and repair labour are free for approved claims. If repair is not reasonably possible, SafeHive may replace the product or component with the same or an equivalent model.

Coverage excludes physical or accidental damage, water or fire damage, incorrect installation or electrical supply, misuse, tampering, unauthorized repair or modification, external damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, loss, or theft. Proof of purchase, product serial number and requested evidence of the fault are required. The customer pays the courier charges to SafeHive. For approved claims, SafeHive pays return delivery of the repaired or replacement item. If no covered fault is found or the claim is outside coverage, the customer pays return courier charges. Repair or replacement does not restart the 12-month period; coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to eligible product defects only and does not guarantee against gas leaks, fires, accidents, injury or property damage. Products must be installed, operated, tested and maintained according to the supplied instructions.
